Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work
Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the Infringing Material
Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing and provide the specific URL(s) where the material is located on our website.
3. Your Contact Information
Provide your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good Faith Statement
Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
5. Accuracy Statement
Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
6. Physical or Electronic Signature
Provide your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Process
Review
We will review your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours.
Verification
We will verify that your notice contains all required information.
Action
If valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notification
We will notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable).
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
False Claims
Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting a DMCA notice.
